Privacy Policy

1. Who we are

This policy explains how Nextouch (“we”, “us”) handles personal data when you contact us through WhatsApp, including our WhatsApp business account “Neta Nextouch”, or through the forms on nextouchindonesia.com. It is written to be read, not to be hidden in; if anything is unclear, write to us.

2. Data we collect

Through WhatsApp:

  • your phone number and WhatsApp profile name;
  • the content of the messages you send us;
  • attachments you send, such as photos, drawings or documents.

Through the forms on our website:

  • your name, company, email address and country;
  • your message and any other details you choose to provide, for example the material you are interested in or your expected volume;
  • your IP address and browser type, which our server records when you submit a form so we can detect spam and abuse.

Our website also uses Google Analytics and the Meta Pixel to measure how the site is used. These tools set cookies and collect usage information such as pages visited and device type. You can block cookies in your browser settings.

3. Why we use your data

We use your data only to:

  • answer your questions about our products;
  • prepare quotations and offers;
  • send material samples;
  • process and ship orders;
  • provide after-sales service;
  • keep our website and messaging channels secure.

4. Virtual assistant

Some WhatsApp conversations are answered by a virtual assistant, which is supervised by our team. To make this work, your messages are processed by our service providers: Meta/WhatsApp, an AI service provider, and hosting and database providers. They process the messages only for the purposes in section 3. You can ask to speak to a person at any time.

5. Sharing of data

We do not sell your personal data.

We do not share it with third parties, except (a) the service providers described above, which also include the email delivery service we use to send form notifications to our team, and (b) where the law requires us to.

Some of these providers operate servers outside Indonesia, so your data may be processed in other countries.

6. How long we keep data

We keep personal data for as long as it is needed for the business relationship with you or to meet legal obligations. When it is no longer needed, we delete it or anonymise it.

7. Your rights

Under Indonesia’s Personal Data Protection Law (Law No. 27 of 2022), you may ask us to:

  • give you access to the personal data we hold about you;
  • correct data that is wrong or out of date;
  • delete your personal data;
  • stop sending you messages.

You may also have other rights under that law. To use any of them, email sales@nex-touch.com from the address or tell us the WhatsApp number you used, so we can find your records. We may need to confirm that the request really comes from you. Some data we must keep by law, such as order and tax records; in that case we will tell you what we are keeping and why.

8. Data deletion request

You can ask us to delete the personal data we hold about you, including your WhatsApp conversations and form submissions. To do so:

  1. Send an email to sales@nex-touch.com with the subject “Data deletion request”.
  2. Include the WhatsApp number you used (with country code) and your name. If you used our website form instead, include the email address you entered.
  3. We may reply to confirm that the request comes from you.

We will confirm by email once your request has been handled. Data we are legally required to keep (see section 6) is excluded, and we will tell you what that is.

9. Changes to this policy

If we change this policy, we will publish the new version on this page and update the effective date above.
